Standing still means going backwards.
If you ever had your leg in a cast, you will immediately understand what I mean. You cannot and may not move your leg and after a few weeks you see a thin and weak leg coming out of your cast.
Exercise is super important for everyone, both humans and animals. If we do not exercise enough, our muscles will shrink, we will have less bone production, but there will also be less peristalsis in the intestines. Optimally, we would exercise for 1 to 3 minutes every 30 minutes. It not only helps your body, but your mind will become calmer from a little exercise. Exercise provides new energy. This flow of energy ensures that there is room for change in life.
Do you wanna loose or stay on your weight?
Make sure you move every morning on an empty stomach (before eating). A good walk, some serious yoga poses, cycling to work or a total fitness workout, it doesn’t matter what you do as long as you move and do something that makes you feel good before breakfast and coffee.
The best time to workout:
Exercising on an empty stomach in the morning is great. If this does not work for you, then exercising before eating is always better than after eating. After eating, the body wants to rest and needs all the energy to digest the food. When you exercise after eating, the body has less energy to digest the food and you will eventually notice this in the absorption of vitamins and minerals.
Exercising in the evening after eating is unfortunately also not optimal. In the evening, after digesting the food, the body wants to rest and prepare itself for the night. From a biorhythm perspective, this is a time when you can relax. A yoga Nidra or a form of Yin yoga would be appropriate, but everything that turns on the fire in the body and costs you energy instead of giving you energy, you should do during the day.
